An Imperativeness of Documentations for Effective Management of the Educational System in Rivers State, Nigeria.

Abstract

The principle of documentation makes it imperative that administrators need to have accurate account of school businesses received and its disbursement. The study therefore focused on documentations and management practices, challenges, strategies for improving documentations. This implies that efficient documentation of the school budget, disciplinary records, inventory and financial report serves as an aid for admirable accountability and transparency. This is because documentation contains details of carefully prepared estimates of the anticipated receipts, expenditure, and balance for the period for which it is calculated. These documentary ingredients directly or incidentally reinforced management policies, hence, given pretty appearance to administration of educational policies.
